SASSY CATS, today I am the unofficial queen of you all. ;-) (Here’s the deal, if you listen to the podcast you’ll understand my reference because Sassy Cats is the nickname for the babes and bros who listen to my newest and most favorite podcast.) About the Episode
On this particular episode, I’m up to my usual long winded, joke fueled antics but we do cover some quick tips for how all BABES can live their best life for less. We discuss how to use clothing rental services and a few sneaky tips for those who wish to be shady while shopping. But if you want to know more, you have to give it a listen. Who Are These Babes?
Chelsea (in Chelsea) Earlewine spent many years being heard throughout the airwaves in Salt Lake City on her radio morning show. She's hosted for AfterBuzzTV in Los Angeles and New York and has a few film and TV producer credits under her belt. She currently resides in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan (hence the name “Chelsea in Chelsea”) and studies improv at the Upright Citizens Brigade (UCB).
Stephanie Haney (aka the Brooklyn Blonde) is a lawyer, writer, producer, host and all-around boss lady who has settled down for the moment in BK. You may recognize her from several TV shows, including DailyMailTV and a co-starring role as herself on season one of E!'s The Drama Queen. She's produced for ABC's Good Morning America and her writing can be found at The Daily Mail, LA Weekly, The Los Angeles Times, POPSUGAR and other outlets.
Together, Chelsea and Stephanie are BFFs, made in Utah and Ohio, brought together in LA and are now living their best lives in New York. They're pretty Sassy, sometimes Uncalled For and usually saying exactly what you're already thinking. It was only a matter of time before they joined forces to create the Sassy and Uncalled For podcast.
What I Love About Them/The Podcast
EVERYTHING. We all know I love a good sassy comment and saying things that are certainly not called for so when Stephanie and Chelsea reached out on IG, not only did I feel like Oprah and Meghan Markle suddenly had a baby and that baby was so cool that she was on a podcast talking about clothing rental services and, of course, that baby was me; it was instant love between us. (Well I thought so anyways…and in case that joke was too much of a stretch, I’m saying it was cool. So cool that it would be the equivalent of Oprah and Meghan Markle so, yes, I was jazzed.) No topic is off limit for this duo and they do an amazing job covering current affairs, hot button subjects and questions you want to ask but might be afraid too in a way that is sassy, irreverent and all around hilarious.

If you’re giving them a listen, you have to give them a follow on their social pages as well. You will not regret it.
Badass Babes Make Badass Podcasts
Just in case you needed anymore inspo to follow and listen to them, besides the fact that I made a minor guest appearance to wreck their show, they are both doing big things and I felt like a total rockstar to be able to chat with them. Stephanie and Chelsea have an uncanny ability to make you feel like they are your long lost BFFs and you’ll feel the same connection when you listen to the podcast.
Also, not only do we share a name but I think Stephanie is my current spirit animal. Stephanie just made her return to season 2 of DailyMailTV, which airs nationwide last week (Speaking of which, I crept her on stellar work last week. She covered a story with Jessie Palmer…and we all know how much I love him, but that’s a totally different story so just watch her and his shmexy face on DailyMailTV each and every week) AND she was recently published in Playboy Magazine. (So yes, some people do just read it for the stories. ;-) ) She wrote the feature story on consent and sexual assault on college campuses in the Sept/Oct 2018 "College Sex" issue, that is on stands now.
