Flipper Splash and Hello Alley teamed up to launch Jacksonville's newest creative meet up - The Summer Social Series for all the Hottest Jacksonville bloggers out there!

The inaugural event was held on Thursday at the gorgeous One Ocean Hotel & Spa in Atlantic Beach and it did not disappoint. There were brands, babes and bubbles galore! We were so thankful to be invited and loved getting to meet all the beautiful faces we see behind all those gorgeous #InstaInspo photos we stalk...errmmm I mean follow. :-) We can't wait for future Summer Series Events and if you are interested in being involved in one (brands and bloggers, both) reach out to fellow Jax Babe, Aubrey Asplen Alley of @HelloAlley.

What?: What is the Summer Social Series? Glad, you asked! It is a super fabulous creative meet up event that is the result of a genius collaboration between Flipper Splash and Hello Alley, Aubrey Asplen Alley. Most of you are probably familiar with Hello Alley and all of her super stylish and helpful blog posts, but may not have heard of Flipper Splash...at least not yet anyways.

Flipper Splash (more info about them can be found here) created by Monica and her hubby, Phil, is working to create lasting relationships between Brands & Influencers. The FlipperSplash team figured that if an entrepreneur or influencer is driven enough to start their own business or creative enough to build a fantastic audience with relative, fresh content then they deserve a platform that caters to them. After a couple of "start-up" years they are getting ready to launch their mobile app and rebrand from the initial "FlipperSmack" into the incredible new "FlipperSplash" in less than 60 days! Where: One Ocean Resort & Spa in Atlantic Beach...most definitely one of the best beach spots you can hit in Jax. AND mind blowing news here...among the many amazing facts we learned about them during the event we learned they host brunch every day of the week. WE REPEAT: THEY HOST BRUNCH EVERY SINGLE FLIPPING DAY OF THE WEEK. Hello, mimosas!

When & Why?: Yesterday (Thursday, July 6th) AND Why Not? It's not every day you get to mix and mingle with all the Jacksonville bloggers you look to for your daily OOTD, DIY, and travel inspo. From a professional standpoint, I love that Flipper Splash values the future of marketing and social media. Influencer marketing isn't going away anytime soon and any app or company that can assist local companies connect with local and national influencers to build their brands is only helping Jacksonville grow. #ILoveJax (We all know, I LOVE me some Jacksonville.)
