Look, We're on TV!
A few days ago we had the privilege to work with a local TV show here in Jacksonville, River City Live. They are a cool group of folks who highlight all the wonderful things taking place in the River City everyday. I was honored when they agreed to film a segment for an upcoming event that raises funds for the Down Syndrome Association of Jacksonville. The DSAJ is a local non-profit that I am honored to work with. Those crazies even asked me to be the Board of Director President so they really have their hands full with my shenanigans.

This FUN jumpsuit is another one of the fab finds from our Rent the Runway Unlimited Subscription. I knew we would be filming this segment for a few weeks and knew that I wanted to wear the color blue. For several reasons...colors of the non-profit I work with, color of the water and those awesome rocks in the fire it. All in all it just worked. I hopped on the RTR app and started looking and came across this awesome Diane von Furstenberg jumpsuit.
Ladies, if you've never worn a DVF wrap dress or article of clothing in yout life, you are missing out. She is an icon for a reason. Just try one. Your life will change forever. Rent the Runway has tons of amazing DVF numbers...best way to find your style is to "try before you buy." Borrowing is the easiest way to do that in a real world setting.
This jumpsuit was perfect for that day. It turned out to be slightly windy (hence the top knot!) so the pants option worked well to ensure I was focused on speaking and not flashing the camera. The fabric and fit was great. Especially for someone above 5'10. Often jumpsuits cut a weird angle in some areas or are just altogether too short for my legs, but this fit perfectly. I'd even venture to say that this has the potential to be too long on petite gals. Might just swallow your legs up.
